⚠️ Placeholder text. The final Terms of Service will be drafted by a sports-law specialist before public launch. The content below is illustrative only.

1. About PacePilot

PacePilot is an AI-assisted training application that analyses your cycling data and generates personalised training plans. The AI coach ("Elena") provides informational guidance based on established sport-science principles.

2. What PacePilot is NOT

PacePilot is not a medical service. Elena is not a doctor, physiotherapist, or dietitian. Information provided is for educational and motivational purposes only. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training programme and for any pain, injury, illness, or concerning symptom.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone.

4. Subscription and billing

PacePilot offers a 7-day free trial without payment information. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the coaching features. Pricing and refund terms will be displayed before any charge.

5. Liability

Training and cycling carry inherent risks of injury. By using this app you accept those risks and agree that the app and its developers are not liable for injury, illness, or performance outcomes resulting from your training decisions.

6. Data and integrations

See the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and shared with sub-processors (Anthropic, Strava, Whoop, intervals.icu, Supabase).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be notified in-app and require re-acceptance.
